Head Of UI/UX | VR/XR UI LEAD | Consultant UI/UX | Presentation Executive
Attaining the role of Head or a Managerial position does not equate to merely speaking
in isolation or relying on AI tools to lead or manage tasks on platforms like Jira.
True innovation lies in supporting the team by actively contributing, especially
during periods of heavy workload — this embodies true leadership.
Modern day designers, many often rely on the web and templates ( hardly they create, but simply
fetch ), making them unable to create unique designs when faced with challenging user
requirements. This dependence on copy-paste has limited their creativity. Hence, the ideal
would be to make efforts to create your own design, even thought the process may be repeatedly
done and tedious. Verily, I say unto you, this continuous re-production will enable you to
create your own masterpiece and a world of your own beauty.

Manage projects conjoined with client presentation's - so be it! The one I am doing now!
Places I love to visit
Ibiza: Spain. Burning Man: USA. Buenos Aires; Argentina. China!
Humble and respect everyone's thoughts. Love to have beer; clubbing! That's it I guess. Cheers!
In today's world, we encounter a real mix of projects. Some crop up requiring a rather swift turnaround,
whilst others are more meticulously planned. As a result, the team's typically kept quite busy. Currently, as
Head of UI/UX, I've developed my own methods for questioning clients and documenting their requirements.
Whether it's an urgent need or a more structured project, I always record my discussions with the client
and then pass this information on to the team. This allows them to get a proper handle on things as they
move into the design process, following the creation of wireframes by the team, which is where I'll be working closely
with both the team and the Business Analyst.
For me, it's crucial that the BA is involved with the process and integrated within the team. This
ensures we're all on the same page and have a shared understanding. So, in essence, I categorise projects
upon receipt using these two approaches:
(For fast-paced projects with streamlined intake forms and quick team handoff)
It makes no difference to me whether the project is required at a rapid pace — I always begin by attaching myself to the Jira ID. Without it, the project falls into disarray, leading to numerous complications and no clear tracking of Bitbucket commits. In Brief I enumerate. If want to know how please you may call me!
(For large-scale projects that need detailed discovery and client consultation)
I always begin with my own approach to questioning — it starts with the Business Analyst and a
thorough round of user research. I engage in detailed discussions with the client, including
competitor analysis. Based on this, the team and I move into the UX design phase.
During this stage, we create the user flow and develop user personas using a structured
questionnaire I provide. We conduct multiple brainstorming sessions, often starting with
sketching ideas collaboratively.
I firmly believe that no design should begin without wireframes — they capture the
essentials and prevent key elements from being overlooked. Once wireframes are
solidified, we proceed to the design phase. I also step in hands-on whenever
necessary to guide the process.
From there, the full project flow continues seamlessly.
I question the client to fully understand the brief (Curious how I do it? Give me a call.)
Arrange a team meeting
I Select the most suitable UI/UX Engineer based on the project’s needs
I Oversee the design creation & present it to the client
Assign a UI/UX Engineer to HTML/CSS (Div Code) - Responsive!
I Personally review the code to ensure it matches the original design
Commit the UI branch to the development team via Bitbucket
Present the test version URL to the client
Conduct a final check across mobile devices & code quality
I Deliver the final presentation to the client along with the team
"From Europe to the U.S, I as Head of UI/UX humbly have led the design & front-end development
of Medical and Telecommunication platforms — all hand-coded with precision using frameworks
like Angular + Electron, React, and even pure React.js admin systems. I’ve also
brought immersive XR/VR projects to life across Europe.
As Head of UI/UX, I give Presentations to Clients (Speak
British English), & I manage international teams with clarity. I don’t just direct
& talk — I support, step in when needed, and make sure every project runs
smoothly without stressing the team. Leadership, balance, & quality — that’s
what I bring to every project."
A thought:
Modern day designers and coders rely heavily on downloaded resources. In contrast, developers of
the past diligently wrote code from scratch, and designers laboured to elevate their standards.
I maintain that those earlier practitioners still possess a unique power and innovative spirit.
Modern professionals, however, are becoming somewhat dulled, mistakenly believing including knowledge
makes application easy. If you check their Background, It's some still Images they use! Lacking their
own Creativity!
What thinkest thou thy future shall be, if thou castest out thy creativity and merely
generate and include? This a Kid could do too!
Nay—ponder, create, and let thyself be unique!
